My dear old (30 + years) cut/off jeans were ripped, the pockets were falling off because I kept putting tools in them and the hems kept fraying higher and higher. I don’t have the legs for that amount of flesh on show. I told The Mending Outpost that I loved them and wore them for gardening but they had reached the point of no return. Apparently that’s the kind of challenge they relish.

They haven’t just given me my old faithfuls back ‘mended’, they are a work of art! Not only are they beautiful, with the most incredible attention to detail, but they are nature themed, with all 4 seasons depicted around the hems, with a teeny tiny hedgehog hiding in some leaves in the turn up.

They are no longer just for gardening!
